Our Story
In 2003, itemis AG in Lünen emerged from the idea to found a company whereas many IT enthusiasts as possible can realize their ideas and concepts. The vision established itself from the outset to create a company offering people a friendly platform that fosters innovation, where development is the top priority. Thus, we defined our vision, “We love and live creating sustainable benefits for our customers and employees”.
Today, we are an independent IT consulting firm and provider of IT services and software solutions in the field of efficient programming methods and software development projects. We develop IoT, cloud applications, AI, security and many other technologies that shape the future, used by millions of people around the world. We are proud to have made itemis an international company without losing our local roots – this has made us who we are today.
